this is the latest craze among females these days -> Goong. for those only familiar with its english name, its 'Princess Hours'. Basically, its a arranged marriage between the Crown Prince, Lee Shin, and Shin Chae-gyung, betrothed to become the next Crown Princess by her grandfather and Shin's grandfather.
Ade Ho and Yueru are falling head over heels over heels for Li Lu (Yul). But I prefer Li Xin (Shin). hahaha. Yul is better looking but as the show progresses, they will see the lovely side of Shin and start forgetting about Yul. lol. there wun be a tagboard war to fight over him - for now. lol. but i am still very much in love with my OPPA --- JUNKI-ISSH~! as for our old flame - Mr Hyun Bin i think we will fight over him when the 'Princess Hours' fever is over and when we finally get to watch his new drama - 'The Snow Queen'. its airing in korea on 13th Novemeber i think. =D waiting waiting! Youtube! Youtube!

He has to show his "Royal/Blue Blood" personality to show power. At first, he hates being tied down to Chae Gyung, then, he realized that he'd enjoy her company because she easily gets mad and he loves teasing her. Unfortunately, she's not fully aware of Yul's true intentions.
anyway this is not only limited to the girls. the male species watch it too! cuz we overheard some guys comparing 'Princess Hours' with 'Full House'. hahaha imagine two very macho and muscular males talking about korean drama. the conversation might revolve around: "You know yesterday's episode of Goong, .. shin andy yul... shin helps her wear shoe leh!..." don't you think it sounds very auntie-ish? not that they can't watch but sterotyping does not associate korean dramas with macho men.
the guys watch it maybe to understand what girls want/go for. maybe they wanna act as prince-ly as Shin. but of cuz they have different agendas for doing so.. and it is directly related to their status. but this is only my personal opinion la. how true this analysis by me is.. i am not too sure... as much as men don't get it, girls don't understand much about guys either. =D
1. guys who are not attached and looking for love; they look at these dramas to fantasize about having a similar love story. boy meets girl. boy and girl hate each other and eventually boy loves girl = happy ending. Maybe some will try to emulate the characters in an attempt to win a girl's heart...2. guys who are attached will want their gfs will love them even more, maybe look at them with bambi eyes [helps boast ego too]. Furthermore, girls ALWAYS imagine themselves as the female protagonist. so they role-play as Chae Gyung and their bfs have to play the role of Shin so that the girl can thaw the cold heart of the prince... just like the female protagonist.
3. Playboys would wanna watch so as to update themselves on the latest ways to pick up girls and make them fall head over heels. Most importantly, it means acting cool, being able to two-time and still able to salvage the situation at the end of the day.. Is there an even better deal to a playboy then that?
haha enough talk about Princess Hours. yesterday and today were spent not very well. didn't really do much. shopped for somethings for my sister. helped her wrapped presents and then i decided to do my 2007 organisor. and i am very happy with its finally turnout. that was my tuesday.
math is starting to get harder. econs is still managable. but i am so dead for IBM cuz the notes are all over the place and i am having problems joining then together. studying for IBM is starting to become a chore!! and nageb wants to have a written assignment next week. *sobs* =( how i wish i am overseas, on vacation, and be a celebrity charity worker. haha no need to study!!
winter is ard the corner and in singapore, where the snow never falls, and where the sun never fails to make us sweat, we will are covered in haze. when will i ever experience nature made snow? let it snow in singapore! for ppl who are afraid of the cold, they will be forced to wear thick clothings. then if these people fall down, they can't get up cuz their winter wear is too thick. end up they will be making snow angels on the streets! hahahaha funny right?!
sorry that was a rather cold joke and this has been a rather long entry with no real content. ciao.
