I love good food.

Went for our family dinner in chinatown. hee hee. that is because my siblings and i were very interested to have our pork knuckles and roast chicken. i have talked about their food before but they have upped their standards by importing a very expensive oven. 5 digits price tag. *gulps*

anyway this is the exterior of the shop

our draft beer. pardon my lack of skills in serving beer. too much foam.

the name of our beer - i think. hee hee.

this potato salad kicks ass ok! its a bit sour and sweet at the same time. this is not your tyical mayo potato salad! nice!

our pork knuckle - they had this really sour radish thingy. it tastes weird the first time you eat it  but it complements the knuckle. anyway we finished the whole dish so yeah. TWO THUMBS UP!

first we had pork, now we have chicken. italian rice was stuffed into the chicken and yes - we finished it all too. we meaning my siblings and my dad.

and the whole meal only costed less than $70! woohoo~! my brother paid this round. and i am paying the next round.

anyway the biggest joke happened just minutes after dinner. my siblings and i plus my mom wanted to walk to People's Park OG to walk around abit and then buy the buns that were on sale. but when we reached OG, my dad called to say that HE LOST GRANDPA IN THE CROWD! chinatown was really crowded that day!

my grandpa walks really really slow and sometimes he like to stop suddenly to look at things. so my dad turned away to look at something while waiting for him to catch up with us. when my dad turned around, grandpa was gone! then all of us were like siao liao. how to find! how to find!

hahaha but my grandpa is abit forgetful, he is still quite smart. he walked himself to somewhere near the car and so we finally found him. HAIZ.... drama drama. that i why we always have to drive when we go out to eat. no more drama in my life because it is scary.

didn't go to work today because my stomach is giving me problems again. sigh. so i am damn free to blog. hee hee.
