hannibal

damn - yesterday night, my brother and i decided to stay up to watch 'Hannibal'. yeah if you have read the whole series before watching the movie - you will be sorely disappointed because they totally changed the storyline at the end. PISSED!

i really liked the book and anthony hopkins was doing so well playing Hannibal Lector! they were not true to the book!!! urgh. no wonder they were allowed to air the movie with a PG rating. i would rather they make it into a NC-16 or M18 movie so that they stay true to the book. *pouts*

come to think about it the first book that was written was 'Silence of the lamds', followed by 'Hannibal', 'Red Dragon' and 'Hannible Rising'. for some unknown reason, the author just continues writing stuff that happened earlier before Lector's capture. why why why? i want to know what happened to Lector and Claudia!

i suspect its because the movie producers want Thomas Harris to write stories for them to film. since the changed the storyline of Hannible - it is not possible for them to film what was written in the novel! damnit. i really wanna know what will happen to Claudia after she gets together with Lector. maybe she will become like Lector, becoming a cannible.

oh well.. i am done grumbling. lol. i am sure they had the audience's well-being to take care of. i nearly couldn't eat the instant noodles while watching the scene of the frying brain. urgh. off to do my own thing. lol.
